    Hello. Yesterday I called a technician who reconfigured my BOSCH Therm 6000 O WRD 10-2G, replacing the injectors from main gas to liquefied gas.

    What happened to me... As I was leaving the dacha, I inserted a plug into the hood from the gas water heater. Forgetting to remove the plug, I opened the hot water tap, and accordingly the gas water heater protection was activated. After that, in the morning (having removed the plug from the hood) I tried to turn on the hot water. The column was blocked, indicating error F7.

    There was a hissing sound inside the column, but there was no smell of gas. The most interesting thing is that when I turned off the gas, the hissing came through. And when I turned it on again and then opened the hot water tap, the heater lit up and heated the water, but when I closed the tap and turned it on again, the protection was triggered and showed an error.

    What to do now?

    By the way, in the morning, when removing the plug from the ventilation, I was surprised that the pipe was very hot!

      1.You insert the plug into the chimney while the gas water heater is on, that is, it continues to work until the automation works (this is indicated by “By the way, when removing the plug from the ventilation in the morning, I was surprised that the pipe was very hot!”), so an error is possible from - due to overheating or the presence of carbon monoxide in the room. It is correct to initially shut off the gas supply to the column, and after shutting it off, close the ventilation duct.

      Solution: ventilate the room for at least 15 minutes and turn on the speaker again. If everything works, then don’t touch anything.

      2. Error F7 for Bosch means dirty electrodes or moisture on the control board. You indicate that the injectors were replaced the day before. I can assume that the technician touched the electrodes, which leads to the existing problem. Or problems in the system are caused by overheating due to improper operation specified in paragraph 1.
