Production and composition of BF Tech slate

BF Tech slate is produced using an improved formula and production technology. It contains only natural, environmentally friendly components:

1. Portland cement. It is made on the basis of clinker minerals. The amount of this component in new slate is from 75 to 90%.
2. Chrysotile fibers. Chrysotile is a type of the natural mineral serpentine. Increases fire resistance, strength and durability of slate products. The composition of slate includes 10-15% chrysotile.
3. Water. No more than 5% water is added to chrysotile cement products.

BF Tech flat sheets are used for installation of pitched roofing. However, this is not the only way to use them.

Flat unpressed

Flat unpressed slate BF Tech is sheets without bends with a smooth surface. In the production of such products, the pressing method is not used. Despite this, the material turns out to be quite durable and dense.

Unpressed slate sheets have low thermal and electrical conductivity. The material is durable, easy to install and repair.

Seven-wave

BF Tech seven-wave slate is chrysotile cement sheets that include 7 wave-shaped elements. This is a roofing material familiar to everyone with an improved composition. It is used for arranging roofs of residential and non-residential buildings.

Slate corrugated sheets are suitable for arranging any roofs with a slope of 12 degrees. This material is durable, fireproof, and resistant to negative external factors. The cost of seven-wave slate is lower than eight-wave slate. However, more such sheets will be needed to cover the roof. The appropriate option is selected based on the dimensions of the structure.

Eight wave

About color
