  • ventilation - Fan;
  • drying - Dry.

Auto mode, focused on standard parameters that are set automatically. As a rule, this is the most comfortable temperature for a person - 22-23 ° C. Options Cool And Heat provide for an increase/decrease in air temperature in a confined space within the range of 16 - 30 °C.

Function Fan provides ventilation of the space with a choice of five speed fan modes; it is also possible to control the directions of air flows. Drying option - Dry allows you to remove excess moisture, which is discharged outside in the form of condensation.

The principle of operation of the split system
The model uses a traditional on-off circuit. The air conditioning compressor alternates periods of operation and rest, due to which the temperature is brought to the value set by the user

In addition to the basic parameters, the Ballu BSVP07HN1 model has a number of additional options that significantly expand the capabilities of the air conditioner.

These include:

  • Intensive mode - Turbo, allowing you to cool the room in a short time. This function is especially in demand during the summer heat.
  • Sleep mode - Sleep. Self-control of the air temperature by the device, which automatically sets the temperature value recommended for human sleep. This option allows you to reduce electricity costs and create a comfortable microclimate.
  • Economical mode - Eco. Using this function allows you to quickly reduce the temperature by 2 degrees from the set value when heating, or increase it by the same amount when cooling. This setting helps reduce energy costs.

In addition, the device has a timer that allows you to set the system on/off time for a 24-hour period. It is also possible to control air flows by changing the position of the plates of vertical and horizontal blinds. To implement this option, use the remote control buttons Swing And Swing2.

Another feature of the model can be considered the presence of a high-density filter - High Density, allowing you to capture even tiny particles of dust dispersed in the air. Ice protection with automatic defrosting is also a useful option. After defrosting, the system resumes operation again.

Removing the filter for washing
For correct operation of the device, it is necessary to regularly clean the filters. This can be done very easily for the Ballu model. Simply remove the part and rinse it in running water.

Ease of use is also ensured by the function of saving settings, so that they do not need to be set again in the event of a power outage. There is also the possibility of self-diagnosis, which allows you to identify malfunctions in the operation of the device and promptly correct the defect.

Ballu model in the interior
Traditionally, the indoor unit is placed under the ceiling of the room, but it can also be installed in other places, for example, closer to the floor

According to users, the device would benefit from an auto-cleaning function, as well as the ability to control it from a smartphone. However, such options are almost never found in budget models. Some owners also note a slight cracking sound in the plastic case when the heating mode is turned on, although this minus does not lead to any consequences.

Comparison with competitive models

Let's consider a number of wall-mounted air conditioners included in the price category of 16-20 thousand rubles, which could compete with the device from Ballu.

Competitor #1 - Aeronik ASI/ASO-07HS4

Wall system, which is designed to maintain the microclimate in a room of 20 m2. The weight of the internal module is 8 kg. This is slightly more than the Ballu model under consideration. The external mass is 22 kg, which is slightly less than that of the hero of our review. The average cost of the device is 16.2 thousand rubles.

The device has a heating/cooling, ventilation/drying mode, a night mode, a timer, anti-icing protection, air flow control, and a settings memory function.

Last year I installed a Ballu air conditioner, I was attracted by the price. Now this brand is not very popular, so the price of their air conditioners is quite reasonable. The compressor is made by Toshiba, but now everything is made in China. So why overpay? I'm happy with everything, it cools the room quickly. The main thing is to choose an air conditioner according to your area. If it's a seven, then it cools down to 21 squares.

Good day! Yes, quite an interesting review of the new line of air conditioners. But let's not forget that this model is assembled at the TCL factory. This means that comparison with the Aeronik assembled at the Gree plant is completely incorrect. I was especially struck by the courage of the author, who decided to compare it with a manufacturer like Toshiba. Let's be honest - a direct competitor is more likely to be models assembled at the same plant or at the aux plant.

You only need to see the Ballu Vision Pro in person to understand the difference in the quality of the plastic of the Ballu indoor unit and the models listed by the author.

Of course, 5 speeds and fan modes are an interesting move, but will it effectively cool at the first and second speeds if the dimensions of the indoor unit are greatly reduced? If you need 5 operating speeds, I advise you to take a closer look at Hisense.

Good afternoon It is clear that you understand air conditioners. You're a little wrong in associating cooling ability with fan speed. These are two completely different functions.

Even with the fan completely turned off, the air in the room will be cooled, since the fan is not responsible for cooling. In this case, cold air will mix with warm air due to natural circulation. The flow will just not be as intense.

By the way, I know from my own experience that the most comfortable fan speeds are low. At high speeds there will be real wind in the room, which is not at all comfortable. Only the power of the air conditioner and the current settings are responsible for the “strength” of cooling.
