Let's start with the fact that the Roomba 681 model is a little (5 years) older Xiaomi. The rest of the models also cannot be called youth. So if you compare the Xiaomi athlete and branded pensioners, the result will be clear. But if this year’s robots, for example Roomba s9, were compared, Xiaomi would look not like an athlete, but a participant in a special Olympics, if you know what I mean. 🙂
I don’t understand what kind of claim to leadership there is if so far not a single service center in Russia services these robots under warranty. Maybe there is some kind of application in China, but 100% not with us.
I had a Xiaomi robot, it broke down, and the service center refused to repair it without explanation. Only then did I find information online that in Russia they are not accepted under warranty in principle; one person was even offered to send the robot to Poland to have it repaired))) They didn’t offer me that either.
